The George Hotel, Amesbury

"Excellent staff, delicious food and friendly and attentive staff"

We found ourselves at The George for lunch and then dinner on the same day. Both experiences were 5 star. Lunch was just sandwiches, but very good sandwiches with lots of choice. Dinner was main reason for visiting The George. 3 courses of just 5 star food. Cannot tell you enough about the lamb & mint pie…excellent.
