The George Hotel, Amesbury

"Lovely decor, polite and friendly staff + good food"

We always enjoy coming here but unfortunately we did not have a great experience with the food this time
We selected the vegan burger for a change but the burger was so wet that when we bit into the bun it fell out into a slop of the plate. Can I suggest perhaps sealing each side of the burger to give it some structure
We have been here several times and the food has always been excellent
