The George Hotel, Amesbury

"A good choice of hotel"

This hotel is beautifully decorated with a lot of beautiful furniture. The bedrooms were stunning, the beds very comfortable, and a lovely clean and modern shower room.
The only criticism that I have is that as we had a dog with us we couldn’t go into the main restaurant for breakfast or an evening meal which is fine, it’s just where we were seated in the annexe ,we were tended to be forgotten and had to wait for quiet a while to be served and had to wait or go up to the bar to remind the staff of our order, but other than that a great hotel to stay at
