The George Hotel, Amesbury

"Excellent location, comfortable hotel."

A perfect halfway stop to the West Country, a very well appointed hotel, extremely comfortable and hotel room was spot on with the facilities, cleanliness etc. Good choice of food in the restaurant for an evening meal, all reasonably priced, and a super well cooked breakfast in the morning to set us on our way. I would stay here again most definitely to break up a long journey or even spend a few days exploring the area and attractions around Amesbury.
