"Lovely building, food not so great"

We've been for cake and drinks before and never had an issue. We booked an evening meal and was treated with a reduced menu due to selling out the previous night. When the meal came the kids mac n cheese was the perfect temperature but the garlic bread had too much fat, it was avery greasy and my child could not eat it all. The burgers were quite stodgy and my teenager struggled to eat it, the chips were warm boarding on cold, this was the same for all 3 of us who had chips.

When we asked for the bill, we waited rather a long time and had finished our drinks so we're sat around waiting.
