"Room very dusty, over charged "

I was very shocked and disgusted to be charged a service charge for our food order, the whole point of staying at a hotel is to be looked after . The ‘service charge’ is part of the payment of your stay and should not be added as an extra! I have stayed at many hotels, over many years ( including one in this group) and have never been charged before, disgraceful!
