"Complaint"

I decided to book in your restaurant as we were staying for 3days. It was my birthday on 12th Feb so I booked the table for 7.30hr. On the Sunday of our arrival (11th) I had a confirmation of my booking. When we went to the restaurant just before 7.30 the whole place was in darkness and the tables were not laid. I went and asked about our booking and was told that we were to eat in the bar as there had been a problem during the day. No time during the day were we told about this change. I find it's terrible there was no respect for your customers to let them know. But in fact I know the problem was a lack of bookings because the night before I had heard the staff saying there was only 2 bookings for the restaurant.
