The Manor Coastal Hotel & Inn, Blakeney

"Comfortable surroundings but the glassware with our meals were dirty again"

This was our second visit to the Manor with family and friends who were visiting Norfolk in two weeks and on both occasions we had to complain about the glassware being used with our meals which was heavily stained and dirty, the staff are obviously very apologetic but it's happened twice to ourselves and we also witnessed other customers complaining about the same issue, its really not acceptable
