The Jamaica Inn, Bolventor

"Amazing food, poor service"

So arrived, didn't feel immediately welcome as the two girls were laughing and joking, (absolutely nothing wrong with having a laugh at work, but we was at the wait to be seated thing right in front of them). So then got seated, 2 of us, middle of the room and its only personal but I asked if we could swap tables to the corner ( 2 seat table for 2 seat), she didn't want to know so I nearly walked out, was on a date with girlfriend so thought best not to, anyway got that table out the way. Okay so now to the good stuff and the most important stuff, the food was amazing, I had the bacon cheese burger and the Girlfriend had coachmans chicken, probably the best tasting burger I've ever had. Me being an introvert I don't like to be disturbed and we wasn't, usually they ask how the food is, anymore drinks etc so that part suited me but girlfriend wasn't happy with that. Girlfriend also went to the toilet, 1 out of 5 toilets had toilet roll, so she told astaff member, she laughed.. okay. Anyway after the meal she went to the toilet and they still hadn't replaced them. There was a guy that was working the tables and he was very helpful and polite. If the owners see this, I hope you can take this okay, the food was amazing, we only live 40 minutes away and will be back 100%. Just a shame that poor service is actually extremely noticeable.
