"Lack of attention to customers"

We came here as a family for our evening meal. We ate early so it wasn't yet overly busy.
We ordered a few starters, as mains, these still came out 10 mins before the rest. And a dip was missing from one of these. We ordered a spag bolognese without cheese, due to severe allergy, upon recieving, it was apparent that cheese had been attempted to be put on before realising their mistake, but it was still served. However this was quickly replaced.
And dessert was missing the custard, which took them around 5 mins to bring out once they were made aware.
Overall the food and service was just okay. With a little bit more care and attention to basic menu knowledge, these things could have been avoided.
