The Jamaica Inn, Bolventor

"Disappointing visit"

We went for lunch at the Jamaica Inn after visiting a couple of years ago and we loved it, so wanted to make sure we went again while we were down on holiday this year.

This time it was really disappointing. I ordered a toastie and it came out with one side literally black where it had been burnt. They had put it black side down, so it couldn't be noticed until I'd picked up the sandwich and bitten it.
