"Not as it was"

Book a table for the restaurant. Got seated then told to order at the bar. I thought it was table service. Anyway no problem. Portions are tiny. Nothing to write home about. 3 dogs on table next to us constantly barking. First time we visited it was great. Next 2 visits very poor. Will not return again. Oh and I checked my booking and it was restaurant booking not bar
