The Jamaica Inn, Bolventor

"Will always come back..."

We live in Cornwall and often go to the Jamaica Inn for Sunday lunch as it is one of the best around. However, my husband booked lunch and an overnight stay as a treat for my 50th birthday which happened to coincide with Father's Day. We waited over 50 minutes gor our food order before asking a waitress to check, it came out soon after but was cold. It also had no Yorkshire or stuffing which was a shame.... we did not complain as the staff were rushed as it was, it seems that maybe they were possibly short staffed..? We have had many amazing meals here and will definitely go back but maybe not on special occasion days such as Fathers dDay....
