The Jamaica Inn, Bolventor

"Food was very good but seems to of gone downhill a little bit."

Go for a meal a few times a year,food use to be excellent hence why we return but last time we went was a bit disappointed,dessert menu has changed and nothing on there that I liked so only had a main course but I had the spaghetti Bolognese and to be honest the quality of the ingredients wasn't up to their normal standards the mince was just frozen meat and yes you can tell there was no chunkieness to the mince and I'm pretty sure we won't bother making the 1.30hr round trip any more and will look for somewhere else,the staff are excellent can't fault them just the food has fallen in quality and not worth the pricing any more.
