"Nice food but poor service"

Walked in at 5pm with a reservation and waited to be seated. Hardly any customers so staff not busy. They kept walking past us without even acknowledging us though. A simple ‘be with you in a moment ladies’ is all that was needed. Food was lovely and came in good time. Puddings seemed very expensive so did not order. No icecream as a dessert in itself but it came as an accompaniment to other puds. No one came to check everything was ok with our meal. Salt sellers filled up with pepper and/or empty. Couldn’t see any vinegar. Basic things let them down.
