"Apparently the ‘restaurant’ doesn’t do table service"

Booked a seat in the restaurant and we were directed to a seating area which, we discerned after a great deal of waiting, requires food to be ordered at the bar. Staff seemed rushed and disorganised, couldn’t log in to their own tablets. I saw other guests getting frustrated. Still, the food was nice when it eventually came!
