"More waiting staff "

We had Sunday lunch yesterday which I had booked a few weeks ago.
We had to queue for a drink and for food …
No one minds a queue .. but it was out the door in the courtyard …
I know it’s busy in the summer holidays but if you know you have booking .. why would you not have the appropriate staff to
Accommodate this.

Our food arrived warm ( not hot) which was disappointing and the roast beef was tough and fatty.
