"Disappointed"

Booked a breakfast for our homeward journey as a last treat.
Unfortunately disappointed, in the breakfast and the service.
Also had to pay at time of order, felt very mistrusted.
My wife and I both ordered toast with our English breakfast, it was forgotten. When it arrived we only got one slice each with only one small butter each to boot.
