"First time - interesting place "
A very interesting place and very large. As a first timer at what is as much a tourist attraction as a restaurant I think the venue could benefit from improved staff training and directional signage to make the most of the facilities - a host at the front door could achieve this (a bit like Hard Rock Do) Food was above average and about as expected although quite expensive. We had two coeliacs in our party and on the menu there was little gluten free options but from speaking to a friendly but new waiter he soon confirmed that indeed there were a lot more dishes that could be prepared gluten free. If this is the case let people know on the website and on the menu as otherwise it may deter some people with dietary requirements to visit. Upselling of the museum etc and at the point of sales would be beneficial. Staff seemed a little stressed, it’s a busy venue which could have been a lot more fun if the staff were not all so anxious.
