"Slow service when empty"

All staff wonderful yet extremely slow service. Only 6 tables and yet more staff. We were allocated a server for the evening, barely saw her again. The other servers, who were not on our table, stepped up and took it upon themselves to assist us. 40 mins empty plates, 25 mins empty drinks. 50 mins for childrens dessert or ice cream and a brownie to come out.
It was clearly the server we were allocated which makes you wonder where were the management. The other servers amazing and made our evening for a £130 bill.
