"Disappointing service standards"

We arrived a few minutes early and were shown to a nice table near the window. Then given menus and told we had to order at the bar. OK for us but others arriving later had to queue. Nobody cleared our table for over 20 minutes after eating main course so we left without ordering another drink or dessert.
