"Food was lovely, organisation and service needed improvement"

When we arrived we were sat in the restaurant, despite this having the majority of tables empty we were sat directly next to another group. We were met with a glare from the teenage daughter as we sat down which set the tone for the evening. We wanted to ask to move to one of the many free tables with a bit more privacy for what was supposed to be a romantic evening but felt this would cause a scene so decided to try and make the most of the evening, sadly the table next to us made this almost impossible with there actions. The food was good and service for the food was very quick. Just a shame we couldn’t have been given more consideration when everyone else that arrived got given much better seating options and still after we left there was plenty of tables free with a bit more privacy away from bickering teenagers who burst into song between arguments the entire time we tried to enjoy our meal.
