"Could do better "

The room was comfortable spacious and warmly decorated.
The food at dinner when it arrived was good.
But we waited over half an hour because the order had not been delivered.
No Beaujolais. What kind of restaurant runs out of Beaujolais?
Breakfast if anything was worse. Pear juice or water. No orange juice. Warm yogurt. White toast bread about to run out. No croissants . No supervisor or anyone to check this.
Serious lack of management and competence. Very disappointing.
