"A disappointment"

I booked a table for breakfast at 9:15 for myself and my husband. We were shown to our table and given the breakfast menu but we were not offered tea or coffee as is usual. There were no prices for any of the items on the menu. Eventually our order was taken. We ordered full breakfast, tea and coffee. We were not offered any cereal, juice or toast. The service was very slow but I appreciated that the restaurant was very busy. I had no complaints with the food and when I asked for more coffee it was brought to me promptly. However, when I paid the bill, we had been charged for the tea and two coffees in addition to the price for the breakfasts. I have eaten breakfasts at many hotels as a non - resident and the tea and coffee have always been included in the price of the breakfast and never at an extra cost. Very disappointing.
