"Balanced review of dinner for 4"

Overall we were happy with our meal but the service was a little too slow. One of the party had to complain that his piece of Stone Bass was tiny and thin. The Chef rectufued by cooking 2 more pieces which were at least twice the size of the piece he had previously been served and apparently it was delicious BUT why wasbt that noticed when the 1st plate left the kitchen?
