"Everything excellent but food disappointing "

The decor and atmosphere is welcoming and stylish. Drinks and presentation outstanding. The bar manager was attentive and the two other service staff tried hard but I think this is their first job in hospitality and I’m sure with a bit more training they’ll be great.
We had the Sunday roast beef and the tuna. Truthfully this was really ordinary and I suspect was the result of a pre-pared dish out of a steam oven, acceptable but not the plates that the environment promises.
The desserts and coffee were excellent. I’m sure that if the main courses improve success is guaranteed.
