"Overpriced and dry "

Service was lovely by all.

Food was dry at afternoon tea and for what we got the price is extortionate. The scones and ham were particularly dry. The cucumber sandwiches were soggy.

I took my nan for her 85th birthday. I don’t know how many birthdays we will have left and it was utterly disappointing.

Money is tight and I saved up for this experience and I am gutted it was wasted.

I even had to travel into the building to book as I tried at different times over 2 days and they never answer the phone. While we were there they even ignored the phone so that proved it to me.
