"Food ok, staff lovely, service slow, over charged"

The staff during our visit were great however they were under staffed, we waited a long time for our food & drinks. After we paid our bill we realised we were overcharged on food & drinks but rather than being given a refund for the difference we had to pay again & wait for the original amount to be refunded which is really frustrating.
