"Great food, service not so much"

Great choice of food & tasty when it arrived.
2 of the waitresses didn't know what the chef's roast of the day was.One dropped dirty cutlery in my stepdaughter's present bag.
There was a long delay between starters & main courses &my main arrived 10 mins before the others which meant I was eating on my own whilst my family waited for theirs!
They tried to rectify this by bringing a further roast dinner but we couldn't eat that.A discount would have been better.
Service & training of staff needs improving.
