""Better service required'"

I've been twice to the establishment recently. The first time I was slightly disappointed with the service. I thought they was just having a bad day ...however it wasn't much better on the second visit. The food was wonderful, however, on both occasions it just lacked the 'personal touch'. Overall I felt that the customers who were just walking in to get coffee were looked after more than the customers in the restaurant. We had to call over the waitress a few times to get her attention. At one point three tables were waiting to order dessert. Like I said I wouldn't want the food/hotel part of the establishment to get a negative result due to the service in the restaurant.
