"Disappointed"

On arrival we were told there was no booking for us despite me receiving 2 emails from you confirming the booking. I had also requested a round table which the member of staff was very reluctant to let us have despite 2 round tables being available.The food order was taken and the food arrived very quickly but then we were waiting a further 10 minutes for the condiments we had asked for. We were asked to vacate the table after 1.5 hours despite the next guests not arriving for a further 40 minutes.
