The White Hart Hotel, Boston

"Disappointing food and service."

Soggy sarnies, poor selection of sweet treats, had to ask several times before we got a drink of any kind, items missing from kids selection, had to be reminded kids get a milkshake, bill was wrong, alcoholic drinks added to our bill that we hadn’t ordered or received and nobody seemed to know what they were doing in general. On the plus side the scone was lovely and the staff were nothing but polite.
