"Afternoon tea"

We were a group meeting for a birthday. Service was terrible, every member of staff did not seem to know what was happening. Offered drinks which never arrived, food was not up to standard. Drinks added to the bill which we did not order. We were told that we did not have to pay the service charge. This was without asking so assuming they knew the service was not up to standard. We were really disappointed ☹️
