"Service not as good as previously"

Food etc was good as always but after many years of attending for various individual/family events it was noticeable how the staff attentiveness was less so on this occasion than previous, probably because it was to such a high standard before. The staff were pleasant, courteous, polite and served well but it was the little things = we had to go ask for the sugar for the hot drinks as it wasn't brought with the drinks, previously staff had visited the table more often asking if anyone wanted any more sandwiches, any more drinks, was everything ok? This time not so attentive and so below the usually high standard we have come to expect. This is not a complaint just a note. Otherwise everything excellent.
