This is to benefit the white heart.
There was one other cover in the whole dining area. It was not busy.
The chef cannot cook im afraid. The menu is great but badly executed. The camembert starter was not heated through enough so the cheese was not soft enough. The aubergine parmigiana was tough and tasteless which is a shame. It really should be soft and sweet because of a two stage cooking process. The creme brulee was cold and hard all the way through when it should be warm on the top.
It tasted like it had all been batch prepared and not served correctly other than the aubergine which had never been prepared properly.
It was so quiet but yet the service was awful and the drinks were wrong with ice when asked without, and, dirty plates were not taken before deserts came. I love coming here but im always so disappointed with the chef and now the service. Such a shame as boston needs this place. We didn't come to the White heart on sunday for a birthday meal to watch the football with people swaddled in England flags. This was supposed to be a sophisticated lunch out for a birthday. Such a shame.
