The White Hart Hotel, Boston

"Lovely historical hotel in the heart of Boston"

The White Hart hotel is situated in the heart of Boston, which is a delightful town on the river Witham. The staff are very friendly and approachable, the rooms are very clean and well appointed, however, complimentary toiletries were not included, which is a shame.
The restaurant has an excellent menu and the food is very good, however, there is a 10% service charge added to your bill, which can be declined if you so wish. The service charge was not highlighted until we had had our meal. They also allow dogs in the restaurant, personally I am against animals been allowed where the customers are dining. I had to tell a diner to keep his dog under control, it jumped up at me while I was eating. A massive no no for me. Hence only 4 stars. Apart from that they deserve 5 stars.
