"Ok visit, Upsetting treatment "

My visit was great, but afterwards the treatment I received was upsetting and rude, I had a phone after my visit saying the rest of my bill needs paying, but it was paid before we ate, never had got a phone call back to apologise to me after being accused of leaving without paying
