Friendly service, however we waited and waited and finally the mains arrived. Our starters had been forgotten!! Mains were whisked away and we waited another 25 minutes for the starters, then another 20 for fresh mains. Meanwhile a party of 6 looked increasingly tight lipped as they waited too. Another couple arrived with a large dog and were shown to a totally unsuitable table, even though they had booked ahead. Luckily they got sorted eventually. Starter portions very small, liver and bacon was excellent, but piri piri hanging chicken skewer unremarkable and short on chicken, but chips were good. Our complaint about the wait was recompense by a reduction to the bill, which was appreciated.
