"Disappointed "

Don't be fooled by appearances. There were 5 waiting staff on arrival and not one acknowledged us as we stood waiting for 5 minutes. We finally spoke to someone who was nudged into looking at our reservation. We then had to wait for staff to clear tables for us to be seated, although the table beside us wasn't cleated for 15 mins whilst we sat there waiting for our drinks. After half hour we asked where they were and the waitress apologised profusely and brought them immediately. There was no delay on the food but the size portion/quality didn't reflect the price. Our waitress who was the deputy manager was extremely friendly and competent.
