"Would not stay here again"

Very tired hotel that needs some TLC
Our room was very small, with stains on the carpets, walls and ceiling. The window frames/seals were so mouldy we kept the blinds shut so could not be seen.
Shower riser did not work so had to squat to get under shower.
Tiles cracked on bathroom floor.
One option on menu for vegans only.
One member of staff clearly did not want to be working bless her.
