"Needs updating "

Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and were let down by their surroundings. Dinner was of a satisfactory standard. The hotel itself is dated and worn, and needs some attention. Was a convenient location but decor is tired and faded which makes the hotel appear dirty, even though it isn't.
