"disappointing service"

We arrived at 12:00 noon as booked. First thing we were told was that 2/3rds. of the roast menu would not be available for at least another 1/2hr. We finally got served at 12:45 having ordered the available choice. The roast beef plate was very good. Toilets should be cleaner.
