"Disappointed "

Good location, but my bedroom, in mews, was very tired. Stained carpet. Less than acceptable bathroom.
Bistro clean and modern. However a Hygiene rating of 1 is disturbing. Much work is needed for hotel to become acceptable. Most reviews are not complimentary and are correct.
