The Forest Park Country Hotel & Inn, Brockenhurst

"Not as good as it used to be"

We are regular customers at the Forest Park Hotel but have noticed that since new ownership the staffing levels have decreased. Although the service is very pleasant, the staff are over stretched and this results in delays in ordering and receiving drinks and meals. The steaks that some of of our party ordered were very small and very disappointing considering the price.
