The Forest Park Country Hotel & Inn, Brockenhurst

"Friendly staff and excellent food"

Overall a lovely hotel, but we were very disappointed with our 2nd floor room on the 1st night. It was small , had a poor layout, no bath and very noisy ( from air con, fan or similar). When we mentioned the noise to the reception staff they moved us quickly and without question to a lovely room on the 1st floor. Breakfast and dinners were excellent and all the staff we met were friendly, helpful and efficient.
