The Forest Park Country Hotel & Inn, Brockenhurst

"Fabulous relaxing weekend "

First visit to this beautiful country hotel. Warm welcome, comfortable and quiet room. The bathroom was very modern, the bath was huge, and even if showering it is a very high step to get into the bath, could become difficult for those with mobility issues. Very comfortable large bed, tea/coffee facilities and we had a view over the garden.
Loved the bar area and the dining room is beautifully decorated, the food was 1st class. The one small negative comment would be service was slow, we had to ask twice for the dessert menu and a long wait for condiments to arrive for the main course , I fully understood that this is probably due to staff shortages, as the staff working were extremely busy. Would not stop me from re visiting.
