I booked on line for lunch in the restaurant. When we arrived we were told the restaurant was closed and there was no booking. I produced my confirmation email and we were advised we could sit in the dining room on our own or they would find a table in the bar. The man delivering this information started to laugh which I did not appreciate and I told him so. We sat down in the bar and the meal was very pleasant but the whole experience left a very nasty taste and did cast a shadow. On our lunch.
