"Great food. Service could be better"

I booked an afternoon tea for 12 people for my sister's 50th birthday. I can't fault the food but the service was a bit chaotic. Plus they had only made 2 vegetarian teas rather than the three requested. There was a discrepancy on the bill that took some time to resolve.
