"Standards Slipping "

We are regular patrons having stayed on occasions and had monthly sometimes twice a month lunches, dinner, coffee etc. We have felt and noticed the cost savings been made due to new ownership. Also lack of staff training. Toilets often have discarded finished toilet roll paper even a few thrown in them not cleaned up.
