Booking in OK. Room OK apart from the puzzle of the hair dryer, left in bits on the floor?
Food, Main dinner disappointing, potatoes rock hard. Nut roast stoggy. Charged double for meal. Sorted when paying balance?
Breakfast total confusion, do we sit at table to order or collect items from buffet. Meal arrived with no toast, so had to leave to make it so cold. Tea also cold.
Shall not be returning 😞
